Through complementary therapeutic massage, we’d be honoured to walk this journey with you.

OUR MISSION

We support traditional institutions by filling the gap.

Home care isn't easy; it requires community.

When transitioning from medical institutions such as hospitals to home, maintaining active medical support can be challenging. That’s where we step in, providing crucial interim care for post-hospitalization or surgical recovery.

We also offer comprehensive long term support for managing chronic conditions like joint replacements, muscle weakness, arthritis, chronic pain, and more.

For expectant and new mothers, our aim is to ensure you don’t need to endure unnecessary pain. We seek to provide utmost comfort, care, and attention you deserve throughout your journey into motherhood.

OUR SERVICES

We have 4 main client profiles.

Here's what we recommend:

For stroke survivors

Acupressure/TCM Meridian or Reflexology ($100 per hour)

  • TCM Acupressure/Meridian Massage is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practice that involves treating blocked energy, or qi. It’s like acupuncture except it uses manual pressure at specific points on the body instead of needles. It involves a collection of tuina techniques to treat the blockages and restore vitality.

  • Reflexology provides total body relaxation leading to the balancing of all internal and external body systems; improving circulation via stimulation to the nervous and subtly energy systems.  It is a non-invasive treatment to activates the body’s self healing mechanism.  It is also a natural treatment to improve waste removal and elimination.

For expectant mothers

Prenatal-acupressure fusion massage ($150 per hour)

  • Pregnancy changes your body and mind, bringing about a wide range of emotions and aches and pains in places that never hurt before. Pregnancy massage (also called a prenatal massage) may help alleviate some of the discomforts of pregnancy while providing a sense of relaxation. It helps to improve sleep, relieve pain, reduces swelling and eases stress and anxiety.

For new mothers

Postnatal-acupressure-tuina fusion massage or Reflexology ($150 per hour)

  • Benefits of massage for the postpartum mom include:
  • Reduced swelling by redistributing water within the body and encourage the draining and circulation of excess fluids.
  • Improved milk production by increasing the circulation of the necessary hormones to make this happen.
  • Hormone regulation by elevating one’s mood and may encourage hormonal balance.
  • Reduced anxiety and depression or “baby blues” experienced by new mothers. Getting a massage can help to decrease stress contributing to these anxious and depressed feelings.
  • Better sleep. Massage can help parents relax and get their body ready for deep, restorative sleep.
